Student personal information is protected by the staff of YCIS and will not be used for any other purposes without agreement of the parent/guardian. The data held by YCIS will be kept confidential.

To access the system you must have read and agreed the terms and conditions.

1. I accept the school to access information for admissions including assessment and interview.
2. I agree to complete the online application provided by YCIS that will contain all the necessary information that a school may require for considering an application for admissions.
3. In case the school requires the supporting documents or has any additional requirement, it can request for further information from me.
4. Should any information I provide be found false, YCIS reserves the right to restrict entry into the school, withdraw the offered place or terminate application without any prior notice to rectify such false/wrong information. In such a situation, YCIS may also seek legal action apart from rejection or disqualifying the application of the prospective candidate.
5. I have the right to obtain access to and request correction of any personal information concerning me and my child held by YCIS. Requests for such access should be in writing and mailed to the attention of the Admissions Office at 3 To Fuk Road, Kowloon Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
6. I agree to adhere to all of the rules and expectations set forth by YCIS.
7. I acknowledge that there is a non-refundable and non-transferable application fee of HK$1,000 for Primary/Secondary Sections to initiate the admissions process. An application fee of HK$1,000 is charged to one application for one applicant per academic year. The collection of application fee constitutes no assurance that a school place or an interview will be offered. No additional fees are required to be paid in connection with this application. I shall not be entitled to claim refund on submission of application forms.
